So the swine

Postby wangta » Sun Feb 16, 2020 12:41 am

not the flu but the swine dressed in uniform have been going around some places asking gaijin to lodge a form with them giving their personal details.
Haven't seen this meself in my area but one of my friends told me about it. I told him that's what the j fuckers in the ward office and down at Konan and Kawasaki, Yokohama etc already do. Make gaijin do bureaucratic shit like that. Ignore the swine, they need to be catching yaks and chikans and cunts in their own workplaces who abuse their position or the thick as pigshit ones who leave their weapons in toilets.
He says he's worried that it's illegal if he doesn't, I told him that even if his j neighbours have to do the same that's okay cause they don't have to do all the bullshit at immi. Fuck triple registration, I don't think it's a legal must. Opinions.......

That residence form is optional for both filthy foreigners and Japanese. You can ignore it---many Japanese do. Most of the time, cops just put it in your door slot and you're supposed to fill it out on your own. Occasionally, they come to the door and "help" you fill it out by interrogating you. You can use the Force and your Jedi Mind Skills and just tell them you, "Are good" Keiko desu/結構です. The Force will have a strong influence on the weak minded.

My guess it's the junkai-renraku form which I just throw away. Junkai-renraku are routine visits to homes and workplaces to offer crime-prevention advice, listen to residents’ concerns and take down emergency contact information.

The form asks for name, birthdate, occupation, honseki, date began living at residence, address, contacts for an emergency including name, add, and tel number; as well as a description of any vehicles owned including bicycles. The top of the form says it is intended for use to contact people in case of emergencies,
Police officers are supposed to call all the houses in their area like door-to-door salespersons to ask people to fill in the form.
No person has the obligation to fill in the form.

I used to get these at my old place. My new place, the cops drop these dated/timestamped "on patrol" notices at 3:30am to let you know they are patrolling the neighborhood. I can't decide what is creepier....

Hyogo: Cop handed salary cut over coitus with colleague in koban

Hyogo Prefectural Police have disciplined a police sergeant in Amagasaki City for engaging in sex with a subordinate female officer while on duty, reports the Sankei Shimbun (Mar. 19).

The officer, 32, is stationed at the Amagasaki-Higashi Police Station. Police said on Thursday that he was handed a pay cut of 10 percent for a one-month period for negligence.

Between last December and February, the sergeant, who is married with at least one child, engaged in sex on three occasions with the unmarried colleague, 21, inside a break room of a koban (police box).

The relationship began after the sergeant invited the female officer out for a meal. The subsequent encounters took place late at night and early in the morning.

Though the 15-minute sessions took place while both persons were on duty, neither officer was unable to accommodate visitors to the police box or perform other duties, police said.

The matter emerged in February when another officer alerted a superior. Both persons are reflecting upon their actions, police said.

“With the acts being unbecoming of a police officer, we strictly dealt [with the matter],” said inspector Masaki Kitano, according to NHK.

This article leaves me with some questions:

  1. What punishment did the female police officer get? Or was she rewarded, for example by cashing the 10% salary of her male superior?
  2. Why is the act of having attention to the charms of the opposite sex called "negligence"?
  3. Didn't the male officer abuse his position in engaging in sex with his subordinate?
  4. How did the other officer find out?
  5. Why is a 10% salary cut even called a "strict" punishment? It probably does not exceed 30,000 Yen, which is less than if he would've gone to a hooker three times.
We'll probably never know, but I couldn't help wondering...

Maybe he is like Boris Johnson? He knows but we don't. Non disclosure agreements and such.
It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
