Well, the Japanese health system insists on hospitalizing every case of Covid-19 regardless of whether it is mild or not - I saw this on a legit website re countries world-wide and what they're doing. Correct me if that info is wrong. If it's right, no wonder they might be worried about strains on the hospital system.

So all the deaths from flu - despite having vaccinations cause there are new strains each year - up to this year didn't send countries into lockdown overdrive, destruction of the economy and stopping mobility yet this little bugger of a new virus rears its head and the reaction goes into a weird Orwellian over-drive in some cases.

Let's not forget the US cases of deaths were around 9 percent directly due to the virus, the other ones were those with cancer, obesity, drug addictions - tho of course we're not hearing that cause it takes away the fear factor being pushed on ordinary people - being old, and other factors that are going to see you weaker than usual people.

Anybody who raises too many questions is a 'conspiracy theorist' apparently. Anybody who doesn't want a vaccination is too. Funny how that spate of deaths in Sth Korea recently connected to a new flu vaccine isn't important. Follow just who is driving the Covid-19 panic. Carbon emissions have fallen 30 percent since literally hundreds of thousands of people connected with the airline industry and tourism industry have had their livelihood destroyed.

The gullible,micro-aggressive snipers on the net including here just don't get it. People like the World Economic Forum are fucking clear about how they want to use this 'pandemic'. I'm not underestimating its spread but it doesn't qualify as what is defined as a pandemic with its low mortality rate. Yep it can fuck up your lungs but so can flu.

Yep, the scenes from Italy and Spain were nasty but the facts are demographics in those places were slanted to old to very old people, many of whom were over-weight, the health systems just weren't ready for the new virus unlike the general response to flu, and the fact that about half a million Chinese workers live in the northern areas of Italy and regularly went between there and China. Millions died of the Hong Kong flu decades ago but there just wasn't the easy and cheap travel and visa access to other countries.

As for the bleating about 'overloading the Japanese health system', what fucking bullshit. Reminds me of how here the media was trying to do the usual Japanese hopping onto non Japanese trends and recommend chocolates and gifts for the supposedly over worked Japanese nurses and doctors taking care of Covid-19 patients here.

Far from doing heroics, many of the hospitals here were fucking cowards, refusing to take patients or people who thought they had it. I know people including a certain bitch on FG buy into all this shite but people with some brain power need to keep questioning the media narratives of the kind that Noam Chomsky has always criticized.

Come again with your sniping.................. in fact the 9 percent figure is what the US Centre for Infectious Diseases - I think that's the name - mentioned re Covid-19 deaths. 9 percent can be attributed to the virus only, the other Covid-19 cases were of people who were in the elderly demographic, had terminal illnesses like cancer, other serious conditions like being morbidly obese, diabetes,HIV-positive etc.

The type of people who could also be finished off by coming into contact with different kinds of influenza. Yahoo US is fond of splashing new stories about people who died 'unexpectedly' of Covid-19 and what most of them had in common was they were over 75 and/or obese.

Nothing 'dumb' about pointing out that people with drug addictions for example will be hit by this virus more than people with normal, functioning bodies, recreational drug users like smokers of weed are far more likely to develop serious lung conditions and they are susceptible to a virus that attacks the lungs, etc etc.

Biggest comorbidities are for peoples with, heart, blood pressure or respiratory issues. (Yay me !)
The virus tend to clot veins in the lungs (thus blood thinner do good)
Then respiratory infections are the issue (where azythromicin antibiotics do good)
For the chloroquin as antiviral it tame the virus replication.
Supplement of zinc and vitamin D are also recomemded.
Official numbers (FR: INSERM/CNRS) are 0.05% mortality (might be the lethality # but honestly, not a relevant difference here)
