Yeah, I would suspect the other factor that brought the site down would have something to do with a certain comedian who has played at Pebble Beach in the past, and who won some type of award recently. Since there were a lot of threads concerning him, I wouldn't be surprised if Google listed this site as #1. Speaking vaguely but not too vaguely to avoid a reoccurrence.

Oh, great job to Ultra for getting the site back up so fast. I'm surprised that he actually had a recent backup on tape since the most common response I hear is "What backups?"

I prefer to think of them as 'extra keen' users

Because they were resourceful enough to find the temp site I think Ultra should add some sort of reward badge to their avatar.
