Uneventful cell phone video coming out of Bakhmut captures Ukrainian troops standing by for a Russian offensive on the Ukrainian side of the Bakhmut "No-Man's Land."

There may not appear to be a lot happening in this video, but take special note of the ambient noise that's being recorded in the background. I imagine the situation here is much like the ambiance and feeling you would find in a 1917 trench line as Allied forces waited for German advances in small Belgian villages that no one had ever heard of before.

The primary difference between now and then however is that today we get to virtually sit in the trench with the fighters on the front-line instead of just reading about it in a newspaper weeks after the fighting had finished. Maybe this time we'll learn something about it and realize that these are real people with real lives having their life negatively impacted by a conflict that their politicians started..

Seems to be difficult to get accurate info but it seems that Ukraine has 100,000 + casualties of war and Russia another 105,000-110,000 + Military casualty people forever damaged and bodies messed up from war. There have been a few hundred foreigners killed, excluding the Russian and Ukrainian military casualties, at least 194 combatants and volunteers, foreign citizens or foreign-born, or mercenary gun for hire were killed during the war. There have been many instances of troops being captured by both Ukrainian and Russian forces throughout the invasion. Russia claimed to have captured 572 Ukrainian soldiers , while Ukraine claimed 562 Russian soldiers.

Russian casaulties amount to at least 3 times the total Russian population. The ecomnomy is in shamble, Putin is so sick that he already died 3 times and each of his body doubles died at least twice in the last month.
Also, the Russian army has no longer any battle tanks, no ammo for these battletanks they don’t have, the air force is decimated, no more pilots are available.
But to support the war effort please send free plane and tanks to those poor Ukrainians sons of bitches so they can protect their maternity clinic targetted daily by Russian missiles they ran out of stock of 3 month ago.
