After seeing the first trailer, I really wanted Japanese voices with English subtitles.
I find the Japanese language beautiful, and seeing as how this story is centered on Japanese culture, it made sense to present it in Japanese.
Side note: My introduction to Japanese was with an imported collector’s edition of Metal Gear Solid on the PSX. I had a hard time paying attention to the subtitles because the voice-acting was so wonderful.

Unless that was written by a precocious 11 year old, all hope is lost.
