One of my best friends was an on and off tranny and he...she? apparently died of heart complications this year. (lots and lots of drug use) Last few convos revolved around being stabbed, falsely accused of rape, and a court case involving his terrorist grandmother. Thing is, this friend was super intelligent and was self aware and capable of admitting what a clusterfuck their life was and how they were the very definition of "mentally unstable." As you might imagine, he wasn't a proponent of all the current shit being pushed in the west.
