Been To Osaka?

Anyone been or live in Osaka and can tell where this picture is taken at...there is a lighted tower in the background..just curious what it is.

thanks for the answers! When I visit Japan I have to find that place so my parents and friends can see me on the webcam and take a pic.

The fore ground is a famous Osaka marketplace. I forgot what it is called. I took the chin chin densha to get there. That was interesting.

The chinchin densha must be the train they show going into tunnels in movies, instead of the love-making scene !
