I'm presently on the "take the goddamned fork (or chopsticks) out of your mouth" plan. I gave up Pringles, ice cream and most snacks. I also started walking to work (5kms each way) every day instead of riding my motorcycle.

2 1/2 weeks on this plan so far and it's working quite well.

I dyed mine gray one time, but that was back in the US. (No, there are no pics of this.) I kept it dyed red for about 5 years (98 - 03), then changed it back to my normal brown last year.
