It's from a dumb Korean movie in the American Pie vein, "Sex is Zero", or "Otaku Power" in some markets.. If I remember right, he got horny, and the girl walks in. She was looking for a refuge in the non-coed dorms and the subject of his adoration.. Its a popular film.

I found it at the video store tonight. (I'll watch it tomorrow and post a review.) The DVD was released as an all-region (legit, not bootleg) disc and has Korean, English and Japanese subtitles.

You can read the full reviews Ultra quoted, or buy it from Yesasia.com.
I think yesasia's price is a little high though. Sure, they give free shipping, but $27.25 for a 2-disc set where you won't be able to get a lot out of the bonus materials asking a bit much. There's no way it's still selling for 32,000won (their listed equivalent price).
