I am not sure, you go up the pedestrian path to the left of the starbucks when you exit at Hackiko, and its on the left. it has an auxilury called game las vegas, which I guess is Pachinko and what have you. Did you know they made a third installment of the Operation Wolf series and Elevator action returns?

Nice! Yeah that's across from HMV I'm almost positive. I'm in that area almost every day so I'll check it out.
Nice location, though...you can buy drugs from Russians on your way home if you're still bored after playing.

Are you sure its not called HMB it has the same styling as HMV but its a sex shop or something its a joke.
If it is near the back of the kabukicho I know the area you are talking about,
