For those living in Tokyo and would perhaps like to see my and a friends Lomo photography exhibition and opening party here are some details;


LOMO Arigato!

Two photographers (japan box and myprivatetokyo) with two cameras shoot Tokyo from a LOMO perspective! A series of up to 300 various sized photographs which capture the Tokyo scene and lifestyle as viewed from the unique vantage point behind the lens of the popular LOMO Kompakt Automat camera from St. Petersburg, Russia. Discover interactive, vivid and blurred artistic images, from these two inspiring Tokyo based foreign photographers in tribute to their passion for lomography.

Opening exhibition party: Expecting to be very big. Sunday, March 7 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m at the popular Sonoma restaurant. With the gracious support of Lomography.co.jp and Dude hairdressing!

haha... the LAEMO exhibition is in Yokohama taro not far from you house... we are the LOMO exhibition! Looking forward to seeing u there!

Cool. I would have checked it out if I was there. My friend and I are going to try and get into japan through NOVA. But our long-term goal is to support ourself in the art scene. Can you give us any info on what its like as a foreign artist living in Japan?

Closing party for mine and friends LOMO photography exhibition at the popular Sonoma restaurant in Shibuya this Sunday March 28th from 6:00 - 9:00! Will be a big night. The opening party three weeks ago a hundred and twenty or so people attended... looks like the closing party will be similar.

Hoping some of the FG members living in tokyo could come along and we could meet. Last time Taro came it was really cool. Taro come to closing party as well. Hope to see you there;
