The fact that they are a "campaign girl" makes them automatically hitable. It doesn't matter what they look like, they are a "campaign girl" so you automatically get props for banging one.

Let's see how this girl rates herself on a scale of 1 to 10.....

I think she is being generous to herself. My opinion is more along the lines of the guy in the background...but she's a campaign girl, so I'd have no choice.
