Don't fret it. If nothing else, that post gives you a ready-made introduction.

There are occasional hookups of a few FGs here and there, as well as less common larger gatherings. I believe the last big one was the movie party at Taro's place. Something similar is in the plannings for Golden week, but details (location, film selection, etc.) are pretty sparse at the moment. I'll be in Tokyo sometime that week, but that's all that 's known for now.

Meet the TARO MUSEUM on Sunday afternoon, 1-ish, April 18, 2004 for the unofficial WTFGBBQ!

Cafe patio, gardens, forests, thatch-roofed Japanese village cum open-air museum, BBQ pit, and the modern art craziness of TARO! :P And a surprise guest FG, "Kurohinge1", will be coming all the way from the Real World to visit. Taro will throw bento on the barbie as well as mad cows, sick chickens, cholera hogs and dead veggies but no natto ice cream.

Sorry, "Kurohinge1", will be coming all the way from the Real World to visit at that time.

This ain't a real "OFFICIAL" FG Party. Orginally, Kurohinge was gonna do this on Friday night April 16 rather than a Never-on-a-Sunday, the GomiGirl dame day.

The rumours are true. After diligently collecting souls for 10 years, I have been given a limited leave pass from hell for one month.

And, crazy perhaps, we chose to spend that time in Japan. 8O However, we're only in Tokyo for a few days and the Sunday is the only free time I had.

I'm sure you guys will have a proper get together in golden week, and Caustic Saint is threatening to come over again then (sorry I'll miss that), so hopefully we'll see some more video posted. However, I just invisaged some lazy Sunday afternoon lagers with whoever is around on the 18th. There's nothing like a little futsukayoi to nurse you through a miserable Monday at work the next day.

Only one more day collecting souls ... :bounce:

I've let the bossman know that that's when I'll be taking vacation. I'll have been here 8 months at that point and not had either of the two weeks I'm promised, so there's little they can do to stop me.

YES, the 1st annual unOFFICIAL WTFGBBQ is still on.

On 18th Sunday, at 1pm look for Tokyo's dirtest red Mercedes at Mukugaoka-Yuen station. If you're late you'll have the take the bus described in the instructions to the TARO MUSEUM below. PM me for my keitai number if plan to be a lost and confused F'ed gaijin.

Bring your own picnic lunch and favorite lliquid refreshments. I will bring BBQ supplies, mad cow, flu chickens, dead veggies to grill (but we might get busted since nobody has ever thought to try to BBQ at the museum's forest.

----To repeat the earlier invite----
FIELD TRIPPY! FIELD TRIPPY! WTFGBBQ!

Meet the TARO MUSEUM on Sunday afternoon, 1-ish, April 18, 2004 for the unofficial WTFGBBQ!
