My mate knows someone that works at the home office in the uk and he processes the asylum applications.

He got one through recently from a japanese woman that has come to london and he was kind of curious as to why she was seeking asylum from japan, after all, hardly a vicious regime right?

It turns out she says the Japanese military has put a microchip in her head and they are sending her "electro waves" quite ironic really considering the japanese attitude to homeless and the mentally ill.
