A poll by the Mainichi Daily News suggests an adult approaches a Japanese child for sex about every three hours.

Mainichi used its nationwide network of reporters to contact each of the 47 prefectural police department to determine the number of approaches adults make to children for sex.

Interesting figures, but really, this is just another "OMFG Japanese is crazy!" article.

My experience with the Japanese has been that the Japanese just couldn't care less who or what they have sex with, as long as they get it and they get off somehow. It is totally selfish. They'll generally avoid meaningful relationships (where most of the best sex is really at!) just so they can avoid people getting attached to them, just so it can free themselves up to play around some more.
I know that sounds like I'm painting a lot of people with a huge brush here, but the few exceptions I have met prove the rule.

There's a lot of people here who feel they cannot trust each other here.
