Canadian barbecuers are being introduced to an avocado-shaped urn with Japanese heritage It's called the Big Green Egg ....It looks like an avocado on training wheels.... descended from Japan's clay kamado oven, which has been around for several thousand years. U.S. soldiers brought the cooker home after World War II.
