US just handed power over to Iraq

It is not on any news site at the moment. MSNBC just started the story live. Looks like Iraq is back in charge. What do you think will come of this?

BAGHDAD -Iraq's occupying powers formally transferred sovereignty to an interim Iraqi government today -- two days earlier than expected -- to try to thwart guerrilla attacks, officials said.
