cause like im having trouble learning hiragana / katakana if there was perhaps a program that rotated hiragana / katakana characters and says them that'd help me a lot!

Flash cards are cheaper, and just as effective. Learning the kana won't take that long, besides if you think memorizing them is a task, you ain't seen nothing yet. I'm sure you know what I am talking about.
