Knife-wielding 'liberator of homeless' storms Osaka gov't hall
Mainichi Shimbun, July 29, 2004
OSAKA -- A knife-wielding man who stormed into the Osaka Prefectural Government Hall demanding the "liberation of homeless people" was arrested Thursday, police said.
Shinichi Ishikawa, 29, entered the prefectural hall in Osaka's Chuo-ku at about 10:35 a.m. and went upstairs to the second floor.
"Liberate homeless people," he was quoted as saying when guards surrounded him...

Mr Kobayashi: First, I experienced a sort of overpowering feeling whenever I was in the room with foreigners, not to mention a powerful body odor coming from them. I don't know whether it was a sweat from the heat or a cold sweat, but I remember I was sweating whenever they were around.
