OSAKA -- A knife-wielding man who stormed into the Osaka Prefectural Government Hall demanding the "liberation of homeless people" was arrested Thursday, police said.
Shinichi Ishikawa, 29, entered the prefectural hall in Osaka's Chuo-ku at about 10:35 a.m. and went upstairs to the second floor.
