I'm having a couple of my students over for some fajitas, tacos, nachos and anything else they decide to bring over. I may also try and make a dish its called kamomeshi(sp) its rice mixed with cheese and salsa then baked. The real kamomeshi is different of course, but this being Mexican night I figured what the hell. Now if only I could drink a few Corona, but my doc says no alcohol until my liver function retruns to normal.
