I saw the footage three times on the news last night and it was exciting enough to nominate the camera-holding public servant for a Pongi Prize for "Best Raw Video" (unless I've misunderstood what's meant by that category). The nominee was on the road just to the right of, and mind-numbingly close to, the missing section.
