Why is it that when I get shit faced with nihonshu or soju (shochu) I find that I'm more likely to lose control than when I drink other shit?

I find that a big factor in the Crazy count is mixing drinks.

I don't know guys. I can sit down and drink a full bottle of vodka or rum and not get totally nuts the way I do when I drink soju or nihonshu. Maybe it because I usually combine them with assloads of beer.

When I drink shochu or sake, I get more disagreeable because it sets in so quickly, the agitation and sudden energy take me by force. I get nicely wasted on Kirin draft, but Kirin lager gets me angry. I think it' something about the hops and shit, since alcohol's just the same.

When I drink whisky it makes me spout lots of philosophical shit and i wanna smoke a pipe with real tobacco, but when I drink super dry, it takes me to karaoke and then after about the 10th i get bored with everyone around me, when i drink shochu it just makes me happy, and when i get into the old sake it makes me frisky.

Of course, it could have F all to do with the alcohol, and maybe just a little to do with the character of the drinker or perhaps the mood taken by them....

For example, you're not feeling frisky because you drank the whiskey (more than any other booze) you drank whiskey because you were feeling frisky to begin with.
