The commercial is using a Japanese pun. They use Gu, Choki, Pa for paper rock scissors. she says choko, Pati, gu, gu. But that doesnt really matter. Look at that bounce! But the question still stands. Who is she?

She says doko miten nai yo

in proper (school) Japanese it might be (but you can't really put it in proper Japanese)

doko wo mitehaikimasen

The N means she knows you are looking at her boobs so it's more

Don't look (there) at my boobs H
