I know I fear for my life from those hell-raising, rule breaking cyclists.
Why do the Japanese always have to have a favorite saying?

Yeah, it's the bicyclists that are ruining society. Let's incarcerate them all. Damn hooligans. And 6 people out of over 100 million were killed by bicycles last year.. wow. That is some major crime. And 2,045 out of 100+ million people were injured. My god, what is coming of Japan? Why can't there be 0 accidents and 0 deaths. Let's make up some stupid fucking laws and put non-criminals in prison and steal their money too... all for riding their bicycle.

I'm all for safety, but putting someone in prison for talking on a cellphone while riding a bicycle, is well, retarded. Maybe impound their bike for a week or so?? Or make them take a safety course??? But prison?? wtf is that???

And god forbid they carry an umbrella while riding.. especially in the cold ass rain.. Why don't all bicycles have an umbrella mount?

And can you imagine having to stop for pedestrians in a crowded city like Tokyo? I don't believe you'd be able to get anywhere if you had to do that...

Where's a hoverbike when you need one?

Well if the silly pedestrians tried walking in straight lines for a change I wouldn't hit them...

I don't get the umbrella thing at all. You can get nifty (but ugly) raincoat sets. And gee that don't make you ride into things when you can't see.

My pet hate however is the twits who ride at night without a light on. It's not for you to see better by having a light on - it's so that others can see you idiots!

*becoming well known for shouting at cyclists without their lights on in the area*
