Looking for a western style supermarket in Tokyo

Hi

I am heading up to Tokyo this Friday, and I am looking for a Western Style supermarket to sate my non-tofu needs. I know about National Azabu but does anyone know of anywhere else to shop in central Tokyo?
In addition, I am looking for a place to get some Halloween accessories.

An easy (not necessarily cheap) place for Halloween gear is Tokyu Hands. Main stores are in Shibuya, Shinjuku (in the Takashimaya building) and Ikebukuro. If you go to the Shibuya store, you'll also have Loft round the corner which has a good floor for Halloween gear.
Anything special you want to buy in the supermarket? There are good "foreign" style shops for meat, cheese, wine, bread etc. And Japanese supermarkets/departmet stores can be quite decent depending where you are. Among the better-known stores specalizing in imported groceries etc, Kinokuniya in Omotesando is still popular. Meidiya in Hiroo, Roppongi etc still charges astronomical prices but Nissin Supermarket in Nishi Azabu can be quite reasonable.

Hanamasa isn't exactly western but it isn't completely Japanese either. Quite a few locations:

They stock some Trader Joe's items. The prices aren't bad.

For Halloween, I think Don Quixote is the best choice. The Shibuya branch has all sorts of costume options.

Since the Seibu Lions won the Pacific League playoffs, SEIYU(Walmart) is having sales today all things including tons of Halloween crap. The Walmart guys held a gun to the head of the Seiyu boneheads and forced them to stock up on Halloween goods---the stuff is selling grrrreat this year.

In general i reccomend Nissin Foods.
They had some halloween stuf out last week.
but the meat selection is the best there.

There's also a Kinokuniya in Kichijoji if your in that neck of the woods. Costcos are arond in the sticks - but haven't been there so can't comment. Used to be an international import mart/food fair type place at the Sunshine building in Ikebukuro but that info is very dated so best check with someone else before actually going there.

Kinokuniya is between Omotesando station of Harajuku and Shibuya on Rt 246. But Tokyu Hands, Shibuya and and Kiddyland, Harajuku will have bigger selection Halloween stuff for the same price range.

I thought I would just ring in and agree with the Captain that Don Quixote would be my be suggestion for Halloween costumes....but I would recommend the new Akihabara store to visit....It is in the building that used to house Astro Bit City and it is much less jam-packed with crap/fire-trap-o-lishious than say, the branch at the entrance of Kabukicho in Shinjuku...you can actually move about the Akihabara store in relative ease. Costumes are up, I believe, on the 3rd floor, between clothes and the sex toy section. Needless to say, Donki is an interesting store.

I'm a huge fan of Donki in general. Their stores are kind of crap-tactular in layout and structure (On a recent tour, I found feminine hygiene products right next to the condom section which was right next to a big display of mouse glue traps which looked like giant blocks of swiss cheese) and I would never buy anything there that could actually spoil due to lack of refrigeration. But they do have a huge array of interesting, odd ball stuff all in one place and often at good to reaonable prices (Need a motorcycle helmet, a large rolling suitcase, a Zippo lighter, Gilco Ultraman kubricks, Hershey
