Because of perverts like this - girls are taught never to wear patent leather shoes...

Does this sort of perversion have a name? pantophile? girdlegroper?

But given the amount of porno freely available everywhere, it begs the question, "why bother?". :?

A cheap perv...

Postby grandmastergaijin » Thu Oct 03, 2002 8:40 pm

A gaijin friend of mine was waiting for a train at Omotesando station. Next to him was a babe in a mini-skirt and a Japanese ojisan. When the train pulled up the old guy pulled out a flip open mirror and shoved it under the girls skirt. My friend picked the guy up and threw him against a nearby kiosk, held him there, and told the lady in the kiosk to call the cops. As you can probably guess, when the cops arrived they threw the gaijin out of the station and let the perv go on about his way. No justice....

I learned a long time ago that you need to choose your battles very carefully...

As for the police... I got my first view of the Yakuza last night (20 of them in Kannai... a seedier part of Yokohama), and there were police (if you can call them that... wusses) in groups of five checking for parking irregularities... tax money at work.

Four girls took part in his course on Aug. 10 and 11, each of whom, police fear, may have been targeted by the lecherous lecturer.

I like the alliteration in this....haha-!! I wonder how the girls reacted when they found out.....???

I came out of a club in Shibuya once and there were two rival gangs going at it with baseball bats. Blood and bodies everywhere. An army of cops showed up, but by that time the gangs had collected their wounded and split. Like you say, the cops didn't look to be in any shape to take on something like that.

Yokohama seems to have some pretty bad gang problems. I was in one neighborhood there once (it may have been Kannai) and saw a burned out hulk of a car parked on the side of the road. The walls in the area were covered in graffiti. It looked like something out of south central LA.
