Ibaraki ( full of nutters ) That's why I live here . Ten years ago the guy down the street from me ( a doctor ) killed his wife and two young kids and through their bodies from the expressway into Yokohama bay.
In Tsukuba where I am, there are 5 unsolved murders that I know of . What do the cops do ?..........hand out speeding tickets.

Yes , his name was Dr Nomoto a graduate of Tsukuba university( A university notable for nutters ) including the Aum guy Tsuchiya who made the sarin gas.
Anyway he lived just down the road from my house. The mass media had a field day camped outside his house for a month it was on the wide shows everyday. From memorythis was all just before the hanshin earthquake
Politically incorrect and proud of it !!
