The best way to find a love hotel in Tokyo is to take the JR train line (not the subway) to the Shibuya district (get off at the Shibuya stop). Then, just wander around and make your choice. You can get multiple people into a love hotel.

There are a couple ways.

One way is the straightfoward method of paying extra.

If you are cheap you use the delay method.

The first couple goes in and pays for an all-nighter
Any extra people come in later.

These are easier to do in rural areas where each "room" is actually its own small building and has a parking area with a stand to block the license plate. You pull in and people pile out and in before the caretaker comes around to put the license blocking stand out.

Or sometimes you dont pay until you leave, so they don't know how many people went in to start with.

In the modern more hotel style buildings, this is muzukashii
