_ The U.S. Embassy in Tokyo is advising on its website that Americans exercise caution should they visit Tokyo's Roppongi entertainment district, following the murder of an American there Dec. 2.

Hmm, it wasn't very specific was it?
Wonder if the assailant left some kind of warning message on the victim?
I am asking this as it is rather unusual for the US embassy to post a warning like this on the basis of a single murder.
Unless that is, it was some kind of retaliation for what is going on in Iraq!
