Has anybody even heard of this "Japanese Radio Popular Discs Award" before?

The Japanese Radio Popular Discs Award in Tokyo (unfortunate name, but at least they have good taste) honour Avril's first Under My Skin single with the Best Record of the Year award. Don't Tell Me was selected by a panel of private radio representatives, and received awards alongside singles from Green Day, Norah Jones, and Usher.

(the end of the chinese version sounds like they got her to pronounce a list of syllabels and then stitched them together afterwards... badly)
