I thought I had seen the game somewhere before...I must have seen it through your link. It looked like a lot of fun but I guess a big part of the game was the interaction with other players. Sounds like you had a ball with this one, jingai-san.

Looks like it might be back. You can now buy a PC with a design based on the game. More pictures in the gallery towards the bottom of this page.
