Yea,

those buggers in their vans with the load speakers on top (not the uyoku)
really p*ss me off sometimes.
Don't they have noise polution laws in this country? :roll:

Though I don't know which is worse, the noise, or the white gloved hands waving from the windows.

When I was working at NOVA, they used to put the trucks right across the street from our office. We would have to fight the noise during our lessons. It wasnt that we were targeted, it was just that the most popular department store in downtown was across the street as well. And where people are, so are these vans.

Noisy buggers.
