Sending Photo Attachments Between Mobile Phones

Postby JpnDude » Fri Jan 21, 2005 4:13 pm

A friend wants to send some pictures from her TUKA EZWEB mobile to my VODAFONE mobile. She said she has tried but has not been able to. Is there a special method or server address for TUKA customers that would enable non-TUKA folks to receive file attachments? :?: Thanks in advance for your help.

The easiest way I have found to do this is to send them to a computer address. Use the computer to make sure the format is compatible between phones (ie file size and image dimensions) and then send the image to the phone.

This is how I used to get images into my old Vodafone before I replaced it with one that has an SD Card slot.

Good luck!

Do you have a camera in the Vodafone?

If so you should take a test picture or two and send them to the computer. This will give you an idea of the file-size you have to work with.

Or, if the Vodafone is recent it might have an SD card slot in it. You can copy images from the computer to the phone via SD card.
