Da Pump group member arrested for drunken driving
Police said Monday they have arrested Shinobu Miyara, 25, a member of popular dance and vocal group Da Pump, on suspicion of drunken driving. Miyara, known widely by his stage name Shinobu, is suspected of running into the shutter of a vacant office on a street in Tokyo's Minato Ward at around 2:30 a.m. Sunday while he was driving under the influence of alcohol, the police said.

Kyodo: Dancing brothers arrested for growing cannabis at home
The popular dancing duo GoGo Brothers were arrested Thursday on suspicion of growing cannabis plants and possessing the dried leaves at their home in Fukuoka, police said. The police identified the suspect as Rei (Rey) Abe, 21, and his 20-year-old brother Yu, both of Fukuoka's Hakata Ward. The brothers are well-known as dancers and dance instructors and have joined diva Ayumi Hamasaki's domestic tour as backup dancers.
