Dental insurance/Car insurance

I'm doing some chopping for both at the moment.
I was wondering what you guys recommend.

My health insurance is private, and covered by my company, but it doesn't cover dental/eye/ extreme sports.

I would really like some decent dental insurance.

Also, when looking for car insurance, do you think it would be cheaper in my name or my J-girls name?

I'm on national health which covers dental, so not much help as far as private plans go.

For cars I think it depends more on age and record than anything else. If you're over 30 things get a bit cheaper, especially with a good record. I think I paid 170,000 last year for total coverage. Ouch.
