calling collect

Postby james » Tue Mar 01, 2005 10:41 am

i want to contact my canadian credit card issuer. they've listed both a toll free number and number to call collect. since i pay them good money to use the card, i want to call them collect. i could call the toll free number directly, but international charges still apply.

does anyone here know how to make a collect call to an international destination from japan? i'm using world link (0063).

i emailed the card issurer to ask how i could call collect.
i had to call phone carrier(MCI in my case), tell them that i wanted to make a collect call to the Bank(WellsFargo in my case;), and the carrier transfered my call to the bank with no charge.

I call my bank all the time collect.

call 0051 you will get a KDD operator. (She will speak Engrish)
Tell her you want to make a collect call, and she will place it for you.

It's Very Easy.
