Foreign Ministry ignored N. Korea secret intelligence

I have provided the Foreign Ministry with dossiers on the activities of North Korean secret service, Pyongyang's nuclear arms development program and its narcotics smuggling operations on over 30 occasions. But the Japanese government has failed to use my information effectively in their negotiations with Pyongyang.

Most of the 6,804 Japanese who followed their spouses back to North Korea have died because of the atrocious living conditions and through four political purges.
