Yes, there will be designated "emergency" hospitals open 24hours/day 365days/year.

However the waiting times are often very long and they are typically full of screaming kids with high fevers. If it is at all possible you will be much happier waiting until tomorrow. If it isn't, then you might find a place to go by looking here:

Those two links came from a Google search for "tokyo emergency hospitals". Digging around in Google might lead to more info, or you might get a number for a closer emergency hospital by calling one of the ones from the above links.

try giving the AMDA a call, i dont know the number off-hand, but if you google it, you can find the number.. they will find whatever you need.
