These clubs change their names a lot. I haven't telephoned the number but when I google for 03 3232-5828, it seems to belong to a club in Kabukicho, Shinjuku. There are a number of clubs/show pubs in Tokyo employing foreign girls - Colombian, Russian and Romanian are particularly popular.
It's not easy work and not many of the girls have proper working visas. Most of the places are strip clubs where the girls will perform a dance on stage and private dances offstage. Then there is the general hostessing which involves sitting at a table pouring drinks and making conversation. Some clubs are just hostess bars but, since this one is called "Show Club Night Eye", I would think it is a strip joint.
The dinner part is the "dohan" system where girls are expected to develop regular customers. A girl will get a customer to take her out to dinner and then take him along to the club afterwards. Clubs often give girls weekly or monthly quotas for "dohan".

It is best not to get involved in these jobs. Many of these clubs are run by Yakuza types (Mafia) and girls are sometimes forced into prostitution.

Many girls come to Japan because they are told "it's only dinner" or "it's only drinking". But often it is much more -- strip clubs, sex for money, or even sex without much money.

Probably she will make more money in Japan than Russia. BUT these jobs are NOT SAFE. Recently there are more drug and prostitution problems, and there have also been some murders.

Some more points:

1. The people who are trying to get your girlfriend to go to Japan will be paid money if she goes. So they will say almost ANYTHING to get her to go. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

2. The Japanese police are not likely to help your girlfriend if their are problems. For example, if she is raped. If she goes to the police they will listen to what the Japanese guy says (I didn't rape her, she wanted sex!) but not to what your girlfriend says.

3. Japan is now getting MUCH stricter about visas, especially for "entertainers". If she is arrested for not having the correct visa she could wait for MONTHS in prison before she is sent back to Russia.

Dude, I don't know if you are trolling or not, but to err on the the side caution, persuade your girlfirend NOT to take that job. It may well turn out to be dangerous. No amount of money is worth losing your dignity and possibly, your life.
