Valentine suggests MLB should expand to Japan

Tokyo — Former New York Mets manager Bobby Valentine likes to think big and says Major League Baseball should be eyeing expansion to Japan.

Valentine, who just kicked off his second season in his second stint as manager of the Chiba Lotte Marines in Japan's Pacific League, said baseball needs to become more global.

Bobby should think more about trying to find ways to get his team to win the pennant instead of coming up with bollocks such as MLB expanding into Japan. Or perhaps this is a devious ploy of shifting focus from the Marines no hopes of taking the Pacific League once again this season...
