What a steal of a deal!

I could build a brand new one with roughly the same specs for roughly the same price.

Good luck with your sale. ;)

You'll find http://tinyurl.com/ is great for making short urls if you need them.

Considering I could build a cube PC with the same specs for roughly the same price, I would expect a used one to be 25 to 30 percent less than you are charging. That doesn't meet the definition of ONO... Maybe you should use your own link to double-check your understanding?

Or, if someone wasn't particularly interested in a cube, they could get a Celeron 2.4GHz 512MB 160GB Dell Optiplex in a micro tower with Windows XP Home English, an English keyboard, English telephone support, and a 3 year warranty including onsite service for....... 68,250 including tax and delivery.

FG, the guy has come on the board to sell something. If someone wants to buy it, they can make him an offer. I don't see a problem.

If someone is trying to rip others off then they open themselves to ridicule.

If you don't mind being ripped off (or seeing it happen to others)......

Another good thing about INTEL type shuttles is that they will replace the heaters you have in your house. Those cpu's pump out the heat! My AMD64 runs alot cooler. The down side is youll have alot higher cooling bills in the summer.

Throw in a 15" TFT display and you have got yourself a deal.

I can understand where you're coming from FG Lurker but I think you're reading perhaps a little much into this. I wanted to sell the PC, I advertised a price and explcitly stated that in standard terms that it was open to negoitation. I think the rip-off accusation is a bit much frankly, but such is life.

Personally if I see Or Near Offer I assume a "near offer" is expected/requested, not one drastically (20, 30%) lower than the selling price. If it included a 15" TFT as oyajikun suggested then I think it would be a fair deal at 80,000.

Fair enough. I didn't really mean to imply that you were purposely ripping people off, more that the system offered would not be a fair deal at the price listed.
