Approaching half a 5th of Jim Beam Black Label. Reason..... It's my fucked gaijin birthday on Sunday. It's only Friday night here so It's an all weekend party! I still have all my hair at 34 wait Im only 33 right now. Maybe Ill lose my hair on Sunday! Although it has a lot of grey. Rather be grey than bald unless it is some fine snatch! Not that I want my head to be a bald snatch but that could be exciting. But you know what I'm talking about, right? I don't know. I'm just rambling on here. I better go.

Awaiting the hammer from above...

How did you get so drunk on only half a 5th of Jim Beam? You need to drink more often!! Last time I got really piss-ass-fall-down drunk was by drinking most of a 26er of 12yo IW Harper. There was about an inch left in the bottom of the bottle. Now that was a piss-up!

I was wondering the same thing. But I guess it depends on how fast he drank it.

Holy Shit! I'm sober. Time to fix that right now.
Mr Kobayashi: First, I experienced a sort of overpowering feeling whenever I was in the room with foreigners, not to mention a powerful body odor coming from them. I don't know whether it was a sweat from the heat or a cold sweat, but I remember I was sweating whenever they were around.

True... If he basically drank it like it was water it would hit pretty hard.

The only time I have ever been sick I drank 750ml of Vodka in 4 hours. Without eating anything first. I woulda been okay if someone hadn't started rocking me back and forth! Bastards.

You, young man, are quite fortunante to just have grey hair and not be balding. Yours truly is 38 closing in on 39 and I have a landing strip in the back of my noggin and I'm starting to get thin up front. Anytime you want to swap your grey for my baldness, lemme know.

A 5th is one of those little bottles that are about the same size as a flask right? I think he just meant half a regular bottle.

FGL, if you've only hurled from booze once in your life you're not much of a drinker. God only knows how many times I've worshipped at the porcelain alter.

DT, happy b'day dude! Always enjoy your posts. Hilariously un-Japan related and in whatever damn forum. Peace out man.

I drank like a fish the first time I was in Japan... Had an Aussie friend that I used to drink with several times a week. Splitting a 26 of Vodka over a few hours was a weekly or twice-weekly occurrence. I've had my share of booze.

These days I don't drink (that) much. A couple of times a year I get shitfaced, but generally I stop after a few. I never used to get hangovers, but now if I drink to excess I feel it the next day. Guess my liver has had enough abuse.

That's age catching up with you.

I have to agree with AK though, you've never really been a drinker if you've only been sick once.
