Wow - that was quick! I thought I was being a little obscure but obviously not. Anyway, Your next one is tough - Looks a little Asia-esque. No idea.

Well, you either know it or you don't I guess. I have Aqualung on vinyl. I like that one and Thick as a Brick a lot. About Asia, you're on to something there. Hint: Asia had at least one member that I know of who was also in the band from the mystery image.

Yusuf Islam (Cat Stevens) denies that he wanted or wants Rushdie dead. He says he was asked at a lecture what Islam had to say about blasphemers and he replied that it saw blasphemy as a capital offence. In a statement after the story blew up, he also emphasized that Islam demands that believers follow the laws of the country as long as the country allows freedom of religion. I saw him interviewed last year and he concedes he was very naive.
