There is a Hobgoblin in Akasaka which usually gets a good crowd.

There is also a Dubliners in the Sanno Park Tower (B1) 2-11-1 Nagata-cho 03-3539-3615 (on the main drag between Akasaka Mitsuke and Tameike Sanno stations).
Last time there was a Japan game on at a reasonable time, most izakaya and bars in the area hooked up some screens to show it.
Also, you aren't too far from Roppongi where a whole host of sports bars will be showing the game (Sports Cafe, Legends etc)
