ive been to kobe a few times and all times have ended up in a strip club. From my experiences.....no club has ever let me down (in comparison with tokyo)
So i think doesnt matter what club u go to ..it should be good night !
Kobe is the capital of strip clubs !
good luck and have fun !
Good luck finding a place that fulfills both those requirements.Big Booger wrote:Any suggestions. I've never been to a strip club in Japan, and I am looking for some place that will cater to gaijin and not bankrupt us in the process.
Big Booger wrote: Before you ask, this is for a friends bachelor party. He's getting hitched and I am looking for a venue for him and several gaijin friends. I am not in the know about such matters, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.
FG Lurker wrote:I've never been, but my understanding is that Juso Music in Juso (Hankyu line) is the strip club of strip clubs.
What day of the week are you planning this for? Hope it isn't a Sunday night cause nothing will be open...

Big Booger wrote:Well we probably will go. If so, I will reply here and let you know. I now have to get in touch with everyone and clue them in.
Big Booger wrote:I hope this place is fun for the guy. I wonder if they will take him up on the stage for a spank or something more raunchy???
Big Booger wrote:I thought I would tell my wife about this plan, big mistake. She got all pissed off and so on... but I told her this was a cultural thing that western people do. I even told her women do it as well... She was still livid...
Don't do it.FG Lurker wrote::rofl: My wife is pretty curious about it actually -- said she'd like to go!

drpepper wrote:I have been to Juso Music (with my Japanese wife no less!) and it is a very small place compared to U.S. clubs and I didn't see a single lap dance take place. It was like a museum in there but then again we went during off hours so... There is a more lively place in ku-jyou... think is was called Ku-jyou OS, off of the loopline I think not too far from Osaka dome. In anycase I would definately make sure you contacted management first.
FG Lurker wrote:Glad it worked out for you BB!! The place has a reputation for being on the wilder side of things in Japan and it's good to hear that it lives up to it.
Did you use their courtesy van at the end of the shoutengai?
Big Booger wrote:I forgot to mention the Japanese guys in the place. It was weird. They were as silent as mice... soaking up the wiggling and jiggling in perpetual solitude. At first I thought it was wacky. I mean music was blasting out of the sound system, the staff were clapping to the beat, and then about 40-50 pervy Japanese middle age and old men were sitting there dead silent.
Samurai_Jerk wrote:BTW, do you think those Japanese guys are any more pervy than you and your friends?
drpepper wrote:When I was there they also did 'photo' time where you could pay 500 yen (something like that...) and take a polaroid beaver shot, these old japanese dudes were all over that going waaaay in for the close up gynecology shot![]()
drpepper wrote:I am sure it was the same place, like I said I was there during 'off' hours and there was not a single lap dance going on at all but then again now that I think of it I was there maybe 8-9 years ago so it is quite possible they have pepped up the place a bit. When I was there they also did 'photo' time where you could pay 500 yen (something like that...) and take a polaroid beaver shot, these old japanese dudes were all over that going waaaay in for the close up gynecology shot![]()
Maybe me and the wife need to go again
