Strip Clubs in Kobe

Postby Big Booger » Fri Jun 17, 2005 9:55 pm

Anyone know any good places in Kobe that offer stripping services? Before you ask, this is for a friends bachelor party. He's getting hitched and I am looking for a venue for him and several gaijin friends. I am not in the know about such matters, and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

We'd prefer a decent place where we can get drunk and see the ladies strip, get lap dances and so on. We want it to be a memorable experience for him. Foreign women as well as Japanese are fine.. we don't care as long as they, as LED ZEPPLIN SING: "Shake for me girl, I wanna be your backdoor man" LOL

ANy help or suggestions are appreciated.

Any suggestions. I've never been to a strip club in Japan, and I am looking for some place that will cater to gaijin and not bankrupt us in the process.

Coming from someone who has been to such an event here in Japan, here's my advice:

You need to find the manager of an establishment, and literally book the place out for the event. Serious.
Our group didn't and just gatecrashed a small establishment. It wasn't a night we would forget easily.... and now I understand why gaijin normally get barred from these places in Japan. The atmosphere in a Japanese strip club is not too different from the atmosphere of a rush hour train - i.e. damn uncomfortable, and dead silent. The Japanese wants to perv in dead silence with no interruptions. The gaijin want to drink, talk with their friends, and get more involved.

When 20 rowdy gaijin show up... all hell breaks loose.

I've never been, but my understanding is that Juso Music in Juso (Hankyu line) is the strip club of strip clubs.

What day of the week are you planning this for? Hope it isn't a Sunday night cause nothing will be open...

We want to do it next Saturday. It will be a small band of around 10 gaijin. We want to have a good time. I don't want to go into a place and be silent. That will suck.

I want dancing, music, big hooters, and lap dances. Juso Music.. mmm.

Yep, that's the place.

I just called my buddy, the "Juso Music Expert" ;) and asked him about it. He says the evenings are closer to "rowdy" than "rush hour train" but that things don't get quite as nuts as a western club might. He also said that like all these clubs, it's run by the yaks. Have fun but don't get too far outa line. Just like home, do NOT try telling a bouncer to f-off....

Apparently the last show starts about 8pm and runs to the 10:30 close time. Girls who aren't dancing tend to circulate around the customer area in bikinis and you can buy coupons varying from 1000 to 7000yen for various "extras" (not sure exactly what that gets you though).

He also said that Saturday evenings are busy and that you should contact them to make sure they can accommodate the group. He wasn't sure if they had a reservation system or not.

As for what you will see/get, that depends mostly on how long it has been since they were last busted... If they've been recently busted then it will be fairly tame. If it's been a month or two then things start getting a bit wild. I know in the past they've had live sex on the stage -- with customers. YMMV...

He hasn't been for awhile so he said a couple of times that his info might not reflect the current state of affairs. Still, the club has a long-running reputation as the best in Osaka. He (and me!) would like to know what you think of the place if you go...

Well we probably will go. If so, I will reply here and let you know. I now have to get in touch with everyone and clue them in. I hope this place is fun for the guy. I wonder if they will take him up on the stage for a spank or something more raunchy???

I thought I would tell my wife about this plan, big mistake. She got all pissed off and so on... but I told her this was a cultural thing that western people do. I even told her women do it as well... She was still livid...

Luckily she got over it after I agreed to drive her 2 hours to the boondocks to do Hotaru viewing in some place called Yachio... :D
I think we' ll wind up staying at the Capsule hotel and may go to Kobe Sauna the next day. :D

I'm not sure how big Juso Music is (not tiny though I am sure), but the guy I called strongly recommended contacting them ahead of time to make sure there will be space for the 10 of you when you go. Looking forward to hearing the report!!

Heh, not sure! He might get something "extra" if you tell the club what you're there to celebrate.

No DIRTY Gajins
in our Jpn Stripper Clubs
Image
Legend has it that all the Gaijin trouble started when Canadian Johnny-Edmonton a distant relation of the American Commodore Perry, came to Japan and got robbed by bunch of Yakuza pimps and brothel workers, the Yubin Hochi Shinbun reported nasty gaijin Johnny-Edmonton had no understanding of 'wa', Japan-uniqueness or "Mottainai". And bad boy Johnny-Edmonton seeked out his revenge and took out everyone who tried to steal his watch with a flying roundhouse kick back in the 1870s. From that day forth Japan placed many No-Gaijin signs on its sex-establishments and stripper clubs to keep the big bad foreigns like Johnny-Edmonton out.

I've been to a strip club in Japan and the experience was totally different from the American version. The guys all just sat there watching quietly like it was fucking Cats at the Wintergarden or something. My Japanese friends told me that that is what you're supposed to do, and you could get kicked out otherwise. BTW, at this place, between the Japanese girls' stage shows, some fat South American chicks came out and did lap dances. It was funny as hell seeing some 95-pound ojisan get a dance from a 150-pound latina with breasts about three times the size of his head. He got cut off for being too agressive, though. He practically pinched one of her tits off and got a hand slap and a "Dame, ojisan!" from the chick.

BTW, I fucking HATE strip clubs.

I have been to Juso Music (with my Japanese wife no less!) and it is a very small place compared to U.S. clubs and I didn't see a single lap dance take place. It was like a museum in there but then again we went during off hours so... There is a more lively place in ku-jyou... think is was called Ku-jyou OS, off of the loopline I think not too far from Osaka dome. In anycase I would definately make sure you contacted management first.

Are you sure you went to the same place that I went to. I just got back with our group. We went, had an excellent time. The place was lively, several cabaret type strip teases. At the end of 7 or 8 girls doing a show, they would all line up on the stage and peppy music would be played and then the girls would jump off the stage and lap ride men who raised their hands or had money.

I saw lots of titty sucking, rubbing, ass smacking, and so on. It was a wild place. It was smaller than I expected, with only one main dance stage but it was organized well. Our group finally made enough room so each could have a chair.

They were very gaijin friendly, several of the dancers tried speaking English, and so on. They had on staff about 20 girls or so. And they did a shift change every other hour so new faces would come and old go quite frequently.

They had 3 "Pink Boxes" where god knows what went on inside. These boxes cost 5000 per 10 minutes. The Stag man had a good time there. I didn't go as I didn't have a desire.

The beer was a bit pricey at 800 yen for 1 small plastic nama beer. I drank 5, and so did most of my mates. The stag man had a blast and FGL I really owe you a big thanks for the suggestion. It was exactly what we were looking for.

The girls do take it all off and after each show on the stage, men put these fake money bills on the lip of the stage. You exchange your real money with the staff and they use the fake money to tip the girls. Well the ladies go to each place where money is slid in a slot at the edge of the stage and give a private beaver flash to the person who put the money. It's quite comical, and takes a long damn time... that was the only complaint we had, if you can call it a complaint. Needless to say we saw lots and lots of twirling beaver flashing all over the place.

They do serve food there as well. As we got there at around 3:30 and didn't leave until well after 9:00, some of the group members sampled some of the eats available. And it was reported to be good and cheap. I think a plate of yakisoba was 100 yen.

Note, girls often grab you as you got get beer, to the urinal and so on. I was groped unprovoked a couple of times. They just put a hand right on your johnson. It was shocking at first but you get used to it.

And another observation, it was rather bright in the place. We were shocked. The lighting was bright when we first came in, then it slowly dimmed and at times went nearly pitch black apart from some dark lights.

They even had a bingo session, where you buy bingo cards for like 200 yen each, and play. If you win, you get the fake money to use on the women. One of the gaijin in our group won and they gave him I think 1000 yens worth of fake money. He got a lap ride with it.

All in all it was a great time. I think many of you will have a decent time at the place. I know I and my group did. Big thanks to FGL!!!!

Glad it worked out for you BB!! The place has a reputation for being on the wilder side of things in Japan and it's good to hear that it lives up to it.

Did you use their courtesy van at the end of the shoutengai?

Yep, and it was pink instead of the blue van pictured on their website. :D I forgot to mention the Japanese guys in the place. It was weird. They were as silent as mice... soaking up the wiggling and jiggling in perpetual solitude. At first I thought it was wacky. I mean music was blasting out of the sound system, the staff were clapping to the beat, and then about 40-50 pervy Japanese middle age and old men were sitting there dead silent. Almost all of them had no expression on their face whatsoever. It was odd. Many sat there like they hated being there. They crossed their arms, puffed and looked strangely sad... But when a girl came over and sat on their crotch it was like fantasy land for a toddler or something.

Hell even one guy we saw brought an auto magazine and was reading it in the place. I mean, I don't think I have ever seen such strange shit happen in a strip club ever, and I've been to quite a few back home in the states. This was quite interesting to see. I wish I could have video taped the whole thing. :D

That was exactly my experience in a Japanese strip club, but I still liked it better than the American version where mouthy bitches try to harass you into a lap dance and tell you how they are just doing this to support their kids. Like I want to hear that some skank is a single mom. Talk about a boner killer.

BTW, do you think those Japanese guys are any more pervy than you and your friends?

I am sure it was the same place, like I said I was there during 'off' hours and there was not a single lap dance going on at all but then again now that I think of it I was there maybe 8-9 years ago so it is quite possible they have pepped up the place a bit. When I was there they also did 'photo' time where you could pay 500 yen (something like that...) and take a polaroid beaver shot, these old japanese dudes were all over that going waaaay in for the close up gynecology shot 8O

Maybe me and the wife need to go again :D

I saw that at the place I went too. The funniest thing was when this one girl bent over for this old guy (he wanted a shot fr0m the back) and tried to turn her head over her shoulder to get her face in the shot. He wasn't happy and rudely made her reposition so as not to "ruin" the picture with her face. She looked pretty pissed off.
