Quick start in Tokyo

Postby foymula » Sun Dec 22, 2002 12:58 am

Hey everybody, foymula here.

First of all, sorry about posting this here, the job forum looks kinda sleepy.

Anyway, I hope someone can anwser my question. I'm planning to dive in the pandemonium that is Tokyo city sometime in April or May, and I want to pick up a job as soon as I can (hopefully within the first week)

I'm an Australian citizen and will be on a working holiday visa.

I was thinking something along the lines of bar work, serving drinks and all that jazz. Is this easy to pick up (Roppongi perhaps), and how many YEN an hour can I expect in this kind of job.

Any other fairly easy to pick up jobs within a week or two. Please let me know, I appreciate your help.
