That's what happens when you use filtering tools like ignore. Better to let your brain do the filtering... otherwise you might miss something valuable among the chatter.

You mean there has been value in any of Buraku's posts? Not that I have ever seen... Generally I let my brain filter out the crap (like with Charles) but in some cases it's just not worth the effort.

OUCH!

I don't think that's Japan though -- the bus in the background has a yellow plate from the look of the photo.

Twice I have gone over the bars of bikes. One time drunk out of my mind, one time stone cold sober. Damn painful.

I wasn't sure myself. Black on yellow could be Japan but that does look more like yellow on black in the second picture.

Actually both color schemes for plates are possible here, but only on "kei" class cars with engines of 660cc or smaller...

Damn. Another piece of information to expand my knowledge of Japan in increasingly unruly and unnecessary directions. You just know there are going to be web sites out there with number plate collections. I may have to take a quick peek...

Yeah, tons of pointless bits of knowledge stuck in my brain too.

 Definitely!! It would never have become an interesting photo if he had actually had control over his bike.

Taro certainly posted it beforehere but I suspect it did turn up before that. It's not easy to keep track of the images on this site -- there are getting on for 5000 in the FG galleries.

That bus is definately going the same way as the cyclist. Notice the red tail lights and exhaust vent visible in the pictures (the motor's going to be in the rear of the bus). Plus there appears to be a barrier/fence of some sort between the bus and the red car in the background.

Yeah, well, she's a horrible person.

And a note to you male Japanophiles out there - the model/idol pics you may or may not be drooling over is fiction too.

Uh-huh, sure, you go ahead and believe that. The women, much like this country...what you see isn't exactly the whole truth.

Is the implication that the pic on the left is a lot sexier or more promising or something? Because I think she looks better on the right without all that ugly clown shit on her face.

It's two two-way streets seperated by a barrier. The guy is going the same way as the bus but he's on the other side of the road.
