Benjamin Fulford Takes On The Yakuza

Postby Mulboyne » Wed Jun 18, 2008 7:33 pm

[floatr]Image[/floatr]Benjamin Fulford staged a protest outside the headquarters of the Yamaguchi gumi this morning. It lasted for around thirty minutes and was ignored by members of the nation's largest yakuza organization. Police said they'd never seen the like before. Fulford wrote on his blog yesterday (Japanese) that he intended to go to challenge the Yamaguchi gumi. He told of how he has recently been harassed by two yakuza stalking him in a black Rolls Royce and who also followed him into a coffee shop. Fulford wrote that he would go with a megaphone to the Kobe offices with a view to finding out why they appeared to be after him and whether they are acting alone or on the instructions of some shadowy organization overseas. According to police, Fulford arrived at around 9:30am in a taxi with four others and called out to the building "Why are you after me?" There were over 30 policemen in the nearby vicinity who were on the alert for trouble since Fulford had obtained permission for his protest. One Japanese news report quotes a local housewife who said the whole incident was surprising but she couldn't really hear what he was saying through the loudspeaker. Fulford said later that he felt better for getting things off his chest and wanted to remind the yakuza of their claim that they don't cause trouble for ordinary citizens.

More Fulford on FG here.

Just that he seems to be a little ... :spin:

No doubt that he is one of epic Japanophile gaijins remaining in J-jounalism history. His achivements is not small in exposing the relation of J-politicians, J-bureaucrats, J-large companies and Yakuzas in public.
You gaijin dudes living in fg.com should be ashamed of your incompleteness or halfwayness as Japanophile or asiaphile gaijin, compared with Mr. Fulford.

Say what you will, but that sounds like a job for the JAPANESE to me. Hell, we don't ask foreigners to come over to our countries and clean up our dirty washing, why should you? Choke on a cock, Takechanpooforbrains.

Gotta give the guy credit. He sure has a lot of guts! Had that been in LA with the MS-13 gang, the Mexican or the Russian mafia....his body would have been chopped up in little pieces, no lake, maybe some garbage dump or wood-chipper, not to mention, this would take place after the decapitation and teeth pulling of course.

he certainly has got guts, but that still isn't going to keep him alive. i grew up in the 90s in moscow and know exactly what you're speaking of. true, they may have slightly more patience here than russian mafia, but this guy is going to step on the wrong toes eventually.

what he has said about 'later that he felt better for getting things off his chest and wanted to remind the yakuza of their claim that they don't cause trouble for ordinary citizens.' is not going to be taken kindly, that's basically just saying 'come and get me', since a foreigner here is never going to be an 'ordinary citizen', regardless how long they've lived here.

i stand by what i say...they'll pull his body out of the river some day.

Fulford writes today (Japanese) that by making a public spectacle, he believes has made it harder for the gang to take action against him. He also say she will release video footage of his protest shortly.

Maybe, but it will take awhile, that I am sure of. Nevertheless, something(God forbid)could possibly happen if this guy keeps thinking that being a FG will protect him. Again, in Russia or LA, that kind of action would invoke an immediate violence response and you don't want to be anywhere near there.

But then again, he could end up as a new recipe for Natto.....

In his recent blog entry, Fulford says he has had an important discussion about the Koizumi era with economist Kazuhide Uekusa. Uekusa maintains that Koizumi's main intention was to sell Japanese assets at bargain basement prices to foreigners. Fulford believes this is a key insight and thinks that historians will come to see Koizumi as a traitor. Uekusa is better known these days as Mirrorman following his conviction for peeping up a schoolgirl's skirt. Fulford believes that the state fabricated these and other charges against Uekusa because he dared to reveal the truth.

yeah, they might take him for just an idiot, but even an idiot that posts videos and blogs about his protests is just asking for the concrete shoes even more, since that just makes him a bigger liability.

as xenomorph said, it'll take awhile, and he's right, since nothing in japan ever happens swiftly, but it will happen. and in very japanese way, involving lots of planning and calculating. he will be made an example out of for all the FGs who think it's ok to come here and pretend they are special.

we had an american guy in moscow in the 90s who was involved with the radisson hotel and did a lot of the same...spouting off about everything he deemed 'wrong' about russia. they tolerated him for a while, even dismissed him in the papers as an overbearing foreign idiot. then he went on tv and said how above the mafia law he was because he had friends in high places. 3 days later he was gunned down with an AK-47 while coming out of a metro station.

i'm all for making one's voice heard, just be careful how loud you shout in a foreign country.

He is not pretending to be special. He came over to Japan as it is one of the most liberal countries that give you the freedom to speak your mind. If he protested from America or Canada he will end up being assassinated like so many other people who tell the truth or get close to it.

Are you nuts? Sure there have been people that have been assassinated in the US and Canada, but you make it seem like Japan is the prime place to engage in a rational dialogue and not to mention, the people are so open-minded and forth-coming. Hell! Safer to be outspoken in Japan, for there is just absolutely no way you could get your throat slashed here in the most liberal country in the world.

If I am not mistaken Benjamin Fulford is a permanent resident of Japan. I don’t think he is in a foreign county, because he has spent most of his time in Japan, over 20 years. Japan isn’t really foreign to him is it?

By the way, I got some news for you, you can spend 10,000 years in Japan and you will always and forever be treated as a "Gaijin" Don't believe me, try and get into any altercation with a Japanese, get involved with the police and see what will happen. Yea, you can have a good life in Japan, even a great life, but they will always let you know who you are and and where your place is and you best never not forget it.

I simply said `Japan is one of the most liberal countries` I did not say anything about it being a prime or ideal place to practice rational dialogue or anything along those lines. However it is most definitely one of the safest even with the large Yakuza influence. If you think I am nuts for believing Japan is one of the most liberal counties in the world, please enlighten me in telling me some which are the most liberal.

That is a very sad way of thinking and you sound very bitter. I think some Japanese people will look at us and think `Hey, look at that GAIJIN` but you can’t say that all Japanese people feel the same way.

Firstly if you are a permanent resident, you are no longer a foreigner as a matter of fact. Also if you renounce your previous nationality and obtain a Japanese passport you are a Japanese citizen by law, and you are able to vote and also get involved in government activities, maybe even run for mayor.
I do agree with what you are saying to a certain extent. I think some Japanese people are prejudice and would judge you by the way you look, but that has no affect on your nationality. It’s just the way some people might think.

Nowadays there is a lot more acceptance especially in the rural parts of Japan and the vast majority of people. I have spoken to a lot of Japanese people and obviously they can see by my facial features that I am not Japanese, but treat me as they would any other Japanese person. I am not sure what bad experiences you might had had but not everybody is as judgmental as you might think.

I see that the video showing the sky just before the earthquake in China has been taken off YouTube. Must be proof of some greater conspiracy

This guy's nuttier than a fruitcake. I mean, seriously, he makes some of the stuff Charles comes up with sound reasonable (no offense intended there Charles, I'm just saying...).

And while I wouldn't totally dismiss the notion that he get's knocked of by the yaks, he can also be a great asset for them to have around, as they can simply dismiss all other detractors as "another Benjamin Fulford".
