Not sure about Japan, but it depends on the police history of the assailant. If both have clean records, the police consider the offensive words as incitement to fight, but if the assailant has a previous history of fighting, the cops just drag him away.Big Booger wrote:I think if you assault someone after they call you an offensive name, the slapper goes to the slammer AFAIK.
