Kyodo via Japan Today: Nestle Japan exec arrested for driving under influence
An executive of Nestle Japan Ltd was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol in Kobe, police said. Simon Henty, 45, a New Zealand national and Kobe resident, allegedly drove a car under the influence along a toll road in Kobe at around 8:30 a.m. He was arrested after a breath test was conducted by a police officer, who arrived at the site of the road where his car hit a car ahead of him, resulting in minor injuries to a woman in the car, according to police officials. The police are also investigating Henty on suspicion of negligence resulting in injury. Nestle Japan, a unit of international food and beverage conglomerate Nestle S.A., says he heads a section dealing with commercial food and beverages.

Hey at least it wasn't the usual OZ suspect this time. Oh wait... even worse.. New Zealand..

Anyway, why would a non-Swiss be running Nestle's Swiss operation in Japan? Nestle must really be struggling to find people or they just don't give a fuck about Japan.
